  • REGISTRATION IN THE CUSTOMER AREA

    If you wish to register on the dynamic-illusion.pt website, you can do so using the MY ACCOUNT option, available on the website. The registration process is quite simple. We only collect the elements necessary to be able to recognize, contact and provide personalized treatment. If you authorize it, your data may also be used within the scope of direct marketing campaigns, namely to send emails and SMS/MMS messages to your cell phone.

    To order at dynamic-illusion.pt you must first register on the website, and follow the steps we indicate:

    dynamic-illusion.pt presents information about the price (VAT included) in Euros, one or more images, and a brief description of the items. Due to frequent fluctuations in market conditions, we decline any responsibility for any error or omission found in prices, images or descriptions of items. Some images presented are decorated with props in order to show the product in its functionality, and are therefore not included in the price of the product.

  • ORDERS SHIPPING

    Orders are expected to be delivered within 5 working days, from the date of confirmation by the customer to dynamic-illsuion.pt.

  • DELAY CONDITIONS

    Shipping costs depend on 3 factors: Place of destination of the order, weight and volume, and payment method. As an indication, we can provide the approximate shipping costs, by volume:

    During the trial period, if you detect any deficiencies in the functioning of the equipment, it is essential that you return it with all the items that accompanied it in the sale: purchase receipt, packaging (not damaged), books and/or instruction manuals, cables, etc. . The costs for returning products will be borne by the Customer.

  • GUARANTEE

    All new products for sale at dynamic-illusion.pt have a two-year guarantee of good functioning, guaranteed by the respective brands, unless expressly stated otherwise. To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must keep the invoice as proof of purchase. Guarantee return costs will be charged/supported by the CUSTOMER.
